Auction FAQs

General Information
All rugs are sold to the highest bidder. Payments accepted include cash (in-house only), credit cards, PayPal, and checks. Winning bidders have 24 hours to claim their rug.

How do I know what I am getting?
All items are sold as-is on the images. We maintain our rugs to the highest quality and standard. All sales are final, and we do not offer bidding prices after the auction has closed.

How does the silent auction work?
Follow the instructions on our auction page on our website. You can view all the rugs available for bidding there. In addition, you can see other bids when you view an individual item. When you make an account to join the auction, you can bid as well. However, you can only bid in the increments designated for each item. Therefore, if the increment increase is by $50 and the last bid was $200, you may not bid under $250 for the next highest bid.

Why do I have to create an account if I want to join the auction?
We require you to create an account for us to keep track of your bids and know who the winning bid. This will include giving us your contact information to get in touch with you if you are the winning bid.

Why do I have to pay the entry fee?
We require an entry fee of $5 to maintain serious bid inquiries only.

How will I know if I won the auction?
After the auction ends, you will receive an email and phone call congratulating you on your winning bid and the next steps on how to proceed.

What is the shipping price?
We offer pickup, free shipping within 25 miles of our address, and FedEx shipping. Through FedEx, shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs are $1/lb.

Do you only ship in the US?
At this time, for the Live Silent Auction, we are only offering shipping within the US. However, if you are outside the US and are interested in our rugs, please call to inquire.
